Dear Neighbors
Peabody Vance Neighbors Association needs you! Attached are some images of the work and help given by a group of individuals in assisting us with cleaning high loitering area's. We have been working hard with the necessary authorities to help take back our neighborhood and clean up the blight and infested drug area. There are several apartments sited for drugs sales, prostitution and gang related activities, causing our neighborhood to be a unsafe place to live.
Many properties are not being maintained by property managers, causing the neighborhood to have a lot of trash, broken down vehicles, windows, loitering, and unmanicured land. Several properties are simply abandoned. Working with code and the police department can help, but unless we all complain, the few voiced that do will not be heard. Please give your help by attending the upcoming meetings (see Events).
